2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Bookings can be made online through our website or mobile application, or by phone. By booking a service, you agree to pay the quoted price.
2.2 Payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Company.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse service if payment is not received.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
4. Service
4.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
4.2 You must provide access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of payment.
4.3 Our technicians will perform the services as described in the booking. Any additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges.
4.4 The Company is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that occurs during the washing process, unless it is due to negligence on the part of our technicians.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a suitable location for the wash to be performed safely.
5.2 You must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service.
5.3 You must inform the Company of any special requirements or concerns regarding your vehicle.
6. Liability
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents, except in cases of proven negligence.
6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees from any claims arising out of your use of our services.
7. Privacy
7.1 The Company respects your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
